Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Returned within 7 days of purchase
1. Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
2. Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Request a Refund

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Process
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
